PURPOSE: To inexpensively and easily obtain a composite panel, by closing the opening of a box-form base material by a cover and unifying the base materail and the cover material with a solid filler charged in the inside hollow part formed between both materials and solidified. CONSTITUTION: Inner covers 6, 2 are arranged to butt each other so as to close the opening of a base material 1 by a cover material 5 and a liquid synthetic resin is injected into an inside hollow part 8 between the base material 1 and the cover material 5. These are unified with a solidifying filling material 9 in the state that anchors 3, 7 are buried in the inside hollow part 8. In this case, the outline is formed by the box-form base material 1 and the metallic thin cover plate 5 closing the opening and sufficient pressure-resistant strength and bending strength are secured. In this way, the base material 1 and the cover material 2 are closely stuck to the solidified filler 9 and the peel strength is large and the durability is also large. |
