PURPOSE: To prepare a food having more enhanced usefulness of spirulina as a Cyanophta formerly used for food for a long period of time by crushing cell wall. CONSTITUTION: Cell wall of spirulina is crushed or an extract of spirulina having crushed cell wall is taken out to prepare a food having more enhanced usefulness than usual spirulina having non-crushed cell wall. |
