PURPOSE: To provide a method keeping powdered state, color and taste immediately after preparation of for a long period of time without coagulation of powder, discoloring nor varying of taste for a relatively short time in preservation. CONSTITUTION: In a powdered soft drink preparation containing glucide and acidulant as principal components, 0.2-1.0wt.% calcium oxide and 0.02-2.0wt.% fine granule silicon dioxide are added into and mixed with the preparation to provide a stable preserving method of powdered soft drink preparation and obtain the stabilized powdered soft drink preparation. |
