PURPOSE: To obtain a make-up cosmetic having excellent water-resistance, oil-resistance and abrasion resistance and, accordingly, good make-up durability and applicability, etc., and easily washable from the skin by compounding two kinds of resins each having a core-shell structure composed of respective specific copolymer components. CONSTITUTION: This cosmetic is produced by compounding (A) a resin produced by covering (i) a core part composed of a copolymer obtained by using methyl methacrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate as main monomers with (ii) a shell part composed of an ammonium salt of a copolymer obtained by using styrene,α-methylstyrene, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid as main monomers with (B) a resin produced by covering (iii) a core part composed of the copolymer component (i) with (iv) a shell part composed of a copolymer obtained by using ethyl acrylate and acrylic acid as main monomers. The weight ratio of A:B is 1:(1-5), preferably 1:(2-3) and the sum of the components A and B to be compounded to a cosmetic is 0.1-5wt.%, preferably 0.5-2.5wt.% based on the total cosmetic.
