PURPOSE: To integrally mold a resin part on a complicated metal part such as a pipe joint by using a pair of molds, a pair of the slide cores provided along the parting line of them and a pair of the movable cores cooperated with the core parts provided to the leading ends of the cores. CONSTITUTION: A pair of first and second molds 1, 10, a pair of the slide cores 20, 20 provided along the parting line of them and a pair of the movable cores 30, 30 having resin channels such as runners formed thereto in cooperation of the core parts provided to the leading ends of the cores are used. The first and second molds 1, 10 are opened and a pair of the slide cores 20 are driven so as to be widely spaced apart from each other and a pair of the movable cores 30, 30 are driven so that the interval therebetween becomes narrow. A three-way pipe joint T is fitted in one opened movable mold 10 and a pair of the movable cores 30, 30 and a pair of the slide cores 20, 20 are driven in the direction coming into contact with the joint T and a molten resin injected into the cavity 25 formed by the cooperation of them and a product wherein a resin part is integrally molded on the three-way joint T is taken out. |
