The flux using the waste slag generated from the second refining comprises the slag or its mixture with calcium oxide. The slag comprises calcium oxide(46-65 wt%), aluminium oxide(5-35 wt%), silicon dioxide(5-20 wt%), magnesium oxide(5-15 wt%) and some impurities.
