PURPOSE: To prevent passengers waiting for a car on a floor in the middle from waiting long by setting a car precedingly reaching a lobby floor to wait on standby when a down hall call is generated, and putting a sector or free movement of which the precedingly reaching car was in charge to be charged by a car reaching the lobby floor next. CONSTITUTION: As a down hall call is generated, a car A-E in charge of a sector to which this hall belongs are applied to the down hall call. Based on instruction from a group control panel 16, the car A-E directly goes to a lobby floor, and as the car A-E reaches the lobby floor precedingly, the car A-E is set to wait on the lobby floor on standby. Next, as a down blow call is generated on another floor, and when the car A-E in charge of the sector or the car A-E capable of free movement reaches the lobby floor subsequently, the sector or free movement of which the car A-E was in charge is to be charged by the car A-E waiting on the lobby floor, with the subsequently reaching car A-E kept standby on the lobby floor. |
