PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated glass having transparency, high controllability for vibration and sound insulating property by forming a polymer material of a epoxy compd. as the center core layer of the laminated glass. CONSTITUTION: This laminated glass is obtd. by disposing two sheet glasses each having about >=8mm thickness at >=0.4mm distance and injecting a polymer material of an epoxy compd. as the center core layer between the glass sheets. The epoxy compd. has transparency, sound insulating property (damping property) with 0.5<=tanδ at 100Hz frequency, and 20-25 deg.C glass transition temp. The obtd. laminated glass is used for an acoustical pane of buildings and cars or a pane of casings and housings. |
