PURPOSE: To attain sure integration, and simultaneously improve workability by forming a double glazing with an attachment of the double glazing, in which at least two panes separated and arranged by a spacer are disposed oppositely, and the attachment as an interposing material between the pane and a frame material fixed at the edge section of the double glazing. CONSTITUTION: A groove section 37, in which a sealing material 28 is held, is formed between the mutual side edge sections 35a of panes 35. Accordingly, a spacer 38 is arranged on the side inner than the end faces 35D of a double glazing P. On the other hand, an attachment 11 is formed of an approximately U-shaped holding member 12 with a bottom piece 13 and a resilient erected piece 14. A protruding strip section 15 is erected to the inner base 13a of the bottom piece 13 along the groove section 37. Consequently, the holding member 12 is fixed onto peripheral sections 36 by expanding apart the erected pieces 14 while the protruding strip section 15 is held by the sealing material 28 filled into the groove section 37, and a soft material 18 disposed to the holding member 12 is fast stuck onto the end face 35b of the double glazing P. As a result, the infiltration of water droplets is prevented. Accordingly, the attachment is difficult to detach and this hrable a woker to carry the glazing, and the heat shrinkage of the sealing material is also prevented. |
