PURPOSE: To provide the structure of a filter and an instrument for attaching and detaching the filter by which the filter is easily and safely attached and detached. CONSTITUTION: One handle is formed almost at the center of a filter 1 instead of two handles fixed to both sides of the frame 2 of the filter. More concretely, a supporting material 4 is vertically arranged almost at the center of the filter 1 in its width W direction, and a handle 5 foldable toward a filter medium 3 is fixed to the supporting material at a position where A<B is satisfied. The handle 5 is held by an operator with his one hand, his body is supported by another hand, and the filter is attached or detached. Since the handle is positioned above the centroid of the filter, the filter becomes not unbalance status even if held by one hand, and the filter is safely attached or detached. |
