PURPOSE: To incline a lying living body in a lateral direction vertical to the longitudinal direction of a bed. CONSTITUTION: A turning frame 46 is inclined in the lateral direction of the bed 10, i.e., a direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the bed by driving the turning frame 46, supported with the machine frame 12 of the bed 10 turnably around an axis parallel with the longitudinal direction of of the bed 10, around the axis by a turning driving device 28. In this way, the posture of a living body laying on the supporting face of the turning frame 46 is inclined with the turning frame 46, and simultaneously, the living body is made easy to roll toward the lower side of an inclined supporting face, therefore, the posture change of the living body and turning over in bed are easily executed by the simple aid of a nursing care person. |
