PURPOSE: To provide a method for effectively utilizing the resources. CONSTITUTION: This method for effectively utilizing the resources comprises forming preservation foods, dried foods, powdered foods or reduced foods by reducing water contents of the meats of animals, birds, fishes and shell fishes, plants or beverages to the extent of not to be spoiled, and further making a solid fuel by pulverizing a mixture of crude oil, with other all combustible materials.
