INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR WATERPROOF SHOE

PURPOSE: To provide a waterproof shoe in which an instep part is easily prepared and waterproofness is excellent. CONSTITUTION: An instep cover 1 is constituted by interposing a waterproof layer 13 between the front instep cover 11 and the rear instep cover 12. An instep part 0 is formed by applying a French seam 10 to the instep cover 1 and an innersole 2 covered with a sheeting 21, so that the sheeting 21 is positioned in the mating face of the innersole 2 and the instep cover 1. The instep part 0 is lasted into a last 3 and the sole molding material is injected and introduced into a sole molding cavity 4 formed on the rear surface of the instep 0. A sole 5 is molded and also a part of the sole molding material is infiltrated into the mating face of the innersole 2 and the instep cover 1 through the sheeting 21 and solidified.
