PURPOSE: To make it easy for a user to hear chime sound and contrive low cost constitution by mounting the speaker of a chime device inside a landing call device. CONSTITUTION: A chime device is constituted of a control part 10 and a speaker part 11. The control part 10 is fitted to the frame body of a pocket 6, and only the speaker of the speaker part 11 is disposed inside a landing call device 12. The speaker part 11 and the control part 10 are connected to each other by an electric wire 13. When a user at a landing operates an up-call button, for instance, a car responds to this call and travels. When the car reaches a specified position, a signal is outputted so as to be inputted to the control part 10 of the chime device, and chime sound is generated from the speaker. The user staying near the landing call device 12 can thereby hear the chime sound easily so as to be able to easily recognize the approach of the car. |
