PURPOSE: To perform the automatic feed of hot water in a proper amount by a method wherein remaining hot water in a bath tube is computed based on a temperature increase in additional boiling and heating hot water in a bath tub, a quantity of imparted heat, and feed hot water amount information, and based on a remaining hot water amount determined through the computation, hot water in an insufficient amount is added in the bath tub. CONSTITUTION: Through ignition of a gas burner 12 of a circulation heating part 10, additional boiling combustion of hot water in a bath tub 2 circulated by a circulation pump 15 is started. Further, the gas burner 12 is extinguished to stop additional boiling combustion, new hot water is fed in the bath tub 2, additional boiling combustion of hot water in an amount of new hot water is performed by turning ON the gas burner 12. Based on the increase temperature of hot water, on which additional boiling combustion is applied, in the bath tub 2, a quantity of imparted heat, and feed hot water amount information, the CPU of a controller 50 computes an amount of hot water remaining in the bath tub 2, and based on an amount of remaining hot water determined through the computation, hot water in an amount insufficient hot water is added in the bath tub 2. This constitution performs the automatic feed of a proper amount of hot water. |
