PURPOSE: To provide ink jet recording paper of excellent transparency wherein a high quality image can be printed at a high speed by using an ink jet system printer, plotter, etc., and it can be used as tracing paper for drawing-service or the like, or as second original paper or the like. CONSTITUTION: At least 70 wt.% of pulp fines of 210-400% water retention value specified by JAPAN TAPPI No. 26-78 is contained in all raw material pulp. Further, a sizing agent and/or a surface active agent are contained, basis weight is 20-130g/m<2> , and opacity is at most 50%. |
