摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To improve quality and yield and to suppress the formation of fine powder having no applications by heating and crushing or crushing and heating the cement concrete lumps produced after disassembly of buildings, then subjecting the aggregate itself to lapping and grinding. CONSTITUTION: The cement concrete lumps produced at the time of disassembling the cement concrete structures are crushed by a crushing machine to the max. size of the aggregate included therein or below (a grain size of about 80 to 20mm) and are then heated to 100 to 600 deg.C by a heater or after the concrete lumps described above are heated to 100 to 600 deg.C, the concrete lumps are crushed to the max. size of the aggregate included therein, and thereafter, the cement mortar components sticking to the surfaces of the coarse aggregate are removed by the grinding effect generated when the aggregate itself is lapped against each other by vibration and rotation of a mill. The aggregate particles of a grain size above 5mm are then removed by classification, by which the regenerated coarse aggregate is obtd. The aggregate particles below a grain size 5mm are processed by a paste removing device and classifying machine, by which the fine powder below 0.15mm is removed and the regenerated fine aggregate of 5 to 0.15mm is obtd.</p>
