<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for disinfecting by heating canned foods, etc., capable of effectively disinfecting fruit without reducing freshness thereof by elevating the temperature of fruit and syrup fluid to a required temperature in a short time. CONSTITUTION: This method for disinfecting by heating canned foods, etc., comprises filling fruit 3 and heated or not heated syrup fluid 2 into a vessel 1, then sucking only the syrup fluid 2 to the outside and heating, and returning the heated high temperature syrup fluid 2 to the inside of the vessel 1 again so as to disinfect the fruit 3, etc., by the heat of the circulated syrup fluid 2.</p> |
