<p>PURPOSE: To feed works efficiently to a next-mixed production line by selecting a storing part where requested works are inputted or outputted based on the stock data, and giving instructions on input or output work to the storing part, and drivingly control an automatic warehousing. CONSTITUTION: A production system 1 comprises a pre-production line 2, a next-mixed production line 3, and an automatic warehousing 4 provided between them. In this case, the production system 1 is managed and controlled by a production control system 21. Also the production control system 21 is provided with a production control computer 22 as a production control means and a production request means to control the production plan of the production system 1 and a stock control computer 23 as a stock control means to perform stock control of an automatic warehousing 4. Thus the work of input or output from an automatic warehousing can be performed efficiently based on the input or output request data, and multiple kinds of works from the pre-production line can be fed efficiently to the next-mixed production line.</p> |
