PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for a scaffolding required for mounting and dismantling the forms of a cast-in-place floor slab section between precast concrete girders. CONSTITUTION: Forms 20 installed onto the undersides of the flanges 11 of girders 10 are inserted to the lower sections of the flanges 11 from the top faces of the girders 10, and hangers 23 are screwed and bonded to the hanger mounting sections 26 of the forms 20, and set up to a temporary beam 22. Concrete 13 is placed and sections upper than separator cones 28 are removed in the hangers 23, and sections in concrete 13 of the hangers 23 and the forms 20 are not taken off and are left as they are. |
