PURPOSE: To prevent that resin pressure is applied so as to bring down the end part of a skin to prevent the damage of the appearance of the parting line of the end part of the skin by using a mold having the resin sump connected to a cavity and storing a molten resin on the leading end side of the skin. CONSTITUTION: A skin is set to the molding surfaces of molds 82, 83 in such a state that the bonding end parts 42e, 43e thereof are bent at an almost right angle and a cavity is formed on the rear surface side of the skin and a molten resin R is injected into the cavity from first and second gates to form a resin substrate on the rear surface side of the skin. At this time, the resin sump 86 connected to the cavity is formed to the mold 83 on the leading end side of the bonding end parts 42e, 43e of the skin and the molten resin reaching the bonding end parts 42e, 43e of the skin flows in the resin sump 86. Therefore, the molten resin does not flow to the cavity of the part other than the skin or in the reverse direction and the resin pressure caused by the flow of the molten resin is not applied so as to bring down the end parts 42e, 43e. |
