PURPOSE: To manufacture a light weighted and high strengthened wing, with regard to a windmill wing structure for a wind power generating device, as well as to reduce its manufacturing manhours and to improve adhesive strength of an outer cover and a main beam. CONSTITUTION: A windmill wing is composed by making a main beam A and a main beam B, which are divided into two in a perpendicular direction to a wing chord of the windmill wing and manufactured separately, into an integrated main beam by adhering them together and adhering the main beam to the inner surface of an outer cover 2 forming a profile. When the windmill wing is manufactured in accordance with this method, the working process can be shortened by minimizing the thickness of an adhesion layer 30 between the outer cover 2 and the main beam and the amount of material used for adhering can be reduced because of the high preciseness of the main beam dimensions and the adhesive strength is improved because the thickness of the adhered part is lessened. |
