PURPOSE: To surely suck a magnetic head chip so as to move it and to easily release the magnetic head chip moved to a destination. CONSTITUTION: A suction part 23 of a nozzle pipe 20 in a nozzle main body 12 is formed into an ellipse in a cross section by pressing a circular pipe from opposed side faces, while a rayon filter 24 is mounted on the suction part 23. In this way, another adjacent magnetic head chip is prevented from being sucked, and suction and release of the chip is surely carried out with ease by bringing the suction part 23 and the tip into point contact with each other. |
