PURPOSE: To spread a control range of a lock up clutch used in an automatic transmission device. CONSTITUTION: An automatic transmission device, performing lock up control of directly connecting mechanically an input shaft to an output shaft, is provided with an engine speed time change arithmetic means 32 of calculating a time change of an engine speed, input shaft rotational speed time change arithmetic means 33 of calculating a time change of an input shaft rotational speed and decision means 34, 35 of judging a level difference between the time changes of the engine speed and the input shaft rotational speed and the prescribed threshold value of representing torque fluctuation. In a control command means, in the case that either one of the time change of the engine speed or the time change of the input shaft rotational speed exceeds the prescribed threshold value, a control command is outputted so as to change a lock up condition. |
