adding lipase having 1,3-position character of tri-glyceride in nucleic acid solution of parm or olive oil, and behenate or its ester, and reacting that solution at 30-60 deg.C; separating fatty acid and its ester from reaction products by vacuum evaporating; dissolving the residual material in nucleic acid and cooling the solution to form precipitates; removing the nucleic acid from the precipitates by drying it; and mixing the dried material with sugar(50-70 wt%) and lecithin(0.2-0.5 wt%).
