PURPOSE: To easily manufacture ceramics or a metal powder sintered body requiring assembly of parts without assembling by a method wherein a final injection molded product obtained by repeating a process in which kneaded material is molded by injection to a primary injection molded product to which a ceramics component is stuck, is degreased and sintered. CONSTITUTION: A primary injection molded product 1 is molded with a primary molding movable mold and a primary molding fixed mold. In that case, a ceramic component 9 formed by a sheet-like alumina is placed around a boss 2 of the primary injection molded product and at a part to which a secondary injection molded product comes in contact. Then, a secondary injection molded product 3 is so molded as to be of a state assembled with the primary injection molded product 1. The ceramic component 9 exists between those injection molded products 1, 3, both injection molded products 1, 3 are kept in a non- contact state, and the assembly state is also kept with the boss 2 and a boss hole 4. Thereafter, the injection molded products 1, 3 under the assembled state are transferred in the order of a degreasing oven and a sintering oven to degrease and sinter the first injection molded product 1 and the secondary injection molded product 3 under the assembled state. |
