The specification describes solid oral pharmaceutical compositions comprising an active substance belonging to the family of substituted benzhydrylpiperazines and at least one cyclodextrin. The active substance is best represented by cetirizine, hydroxyzine, efletirizine, meclizine and buclizine and has a molar ratio with the cyclodextrin component of between 1 and 4.
