Fishing equipment intended for advancing a line or net consists of a slide body 10 which can be secured to the end of the line or on the edge of the net. The slide body is made up of a main part 12 and of one or more wings 14, 15 secured on the main part. The wing has such a shape that it causes a downwardly sinking slide body to move forwards at a sloping angleα, and it causes a slide body, during winching, to move upwards at an angleβwhich is greater than the angleα. The slide body guides the line or the net edge in the desired direction. <IMAGE>
