This device provides smooth surface of ball due to high speed revolution of bobbin and bobbin supporter, and winding of several pieces of very fine thread with many bobbin and bobbin supporter. The device includes a rotational disk(8), a bobbin supporter(9), and a rotating stem(2). The rotating stem(2) includes thread guiders(4)(4') forming several thread guide holes(3), and a guide tube(5) including several thread guide tubes(6) and a trumpet-shaped tube(6'). The rotational disk(8) connected with guide tube(5) includes bobbins(7) and bobbin supporter(9). The bobbin supporter(9) includes bobbin inserting rod(11) having a stopping plate(12) and a naked rod(10), and bobbins(7) fixed by nut(14) on a stopping plate(13).
