The apparatus regulates the temperature within the helmet by using the thermo electric module. The apparatus comprises: a space(3) between an inner body(1) and an outer body(2); a plurality of air inlet holes(4) and air outlet hole(5) connected to the space(3); the thermoelectric module(6) exchanging heat with the air supplied from the air inlet holes(4); a controller(20), controlling the thermoelectric module(6) and including a temperature sensor(21), a ROM(22) memorizing a reference temperature, a microprocessor(23) comparing the sensed temperature with the reference temperature; a control driver(24) controlling the current supplied for the thermoelectric module(6) on the basis of the signals from the microprocessor(23).
