摘要 The monitoring system, with annular zone (64), uses an annular rail (5) which can be fitted to a peripheral face (2) of a longitudinal body (4) in a position shifted longitudinally with respect to the annular zone (64). A carriage (87,88) is mounted on the rail (5) and guided along it to make a set transversal path around the peripheral face (2). The carriage carries and directs towards the zone (64) penetrating fluid projection pipe (248), washing fluid projection pipe (247), a washing fluid drying system (244), a revealing product projection pipe (246) which shows up the penetration of the penetrating fluid, a remote controlled camera(207), and device (172,173,258) feeding the pipes (241- 248) with the penetrating, washing and revealing products, remote controlled device (17,165,168-170, 183-185) for actuating successive movement along the set path of the carriage and during each movement to carry out a penetrating, washing and viewing sequence of the zone (64) by the remote observation system (207).
