The industrial waste is stabilised and moulded on the storage site which is impermeable to water and has adequate drainage for rain water. The waste is poured inside a lost coffering to form a solidifying paste of waste in successive layers on the site. The coffering is formed from a prefabricated honeycomb structure (1). The cells have a sealed bottom formed from a sheet of flexible material. The honeycomb structure is progressively opened out on the storage site as required. After pouring the waste, the filled cells are covered with a sealing structure (2) until they have hardened. After forming one layer on the whole storage site, the sealing structure is removed and a bitumen protection layer is substituted. This operation is repeated to a required height. |
