摘要 PURPOSE: A circuit for programming circuit an anti-fuse is provided to quickly stabilize an output signal and to reduce a current consumption by breaking a current generated after programming the anti-fuse. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for programming circuit an anti-fuse includes an operation switch portion(10), the anti-fuse(90), a detection signal input portion(20), a breakdown voltage supplier(60), an output portion(30), a feedback portion(40), a current breaking portion(70), a reverse current protection portion(50) and a latch portion(80). The operation switch portion receives a half of a supply voltage. The anti-fuse is connected with the switch portion and cut off by an overcurrent. The detection input portion receives a detection signal for identifying a programming state of the anti-fuse. the breakdown voltage supplier supplies a supply voltage for cutting off the anti-fuse. the output portion outputs a programming state of the anti-fuse according to a signal of the detection signal input portion. The feedback portion feeds back an output signal of the output portion. The current breaking portion breaks a current supplied to the anti-fuse. The reverse current protection portion protects a current flowing to the output portion from the feedback portion.
