The multiple layered film which improved sealing effect of gas and water, and adhesiveness between films, was prepared by extruding polyester elastomer layer and polyolefin layer together. The polyolefin layer comprises the mixture which is mixed by at least one selected from polypropylene, polyethylene, ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymers, ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymers, ethylene-methylacrylate copolymers and propylene-ethylene-buthene-octene copolymers.
