PURPOSE: A real-time interactive information service system and method using motion pictures is provided to make the netizens directly experience a site in front of their PC's by providing main events, such as natural scenery, folk plays, etc., through motion pictures in real time. CONSTITUTION: A main server(10) provides information and service to a plurality of user computers(1) through real-time motion pictures. A local management server(20) is constructed to support the main server(10) by regions. An administrative computation network server(30) is constructed to support the main server(10) by local administration. A local government management computer(40) provides real-time motion picture information classified by administrative districts through the administrative computation network server(30). A local famous place management computer(50) provides real-time motion picture information for the origin and history of a regional famous place through the administrative computation network server(30). An event management computer(60) provides motion picture information, such as regional events, folk plays, etc., through the administrative computation network server(30) in real time. An electronic commerce management computer(70) provides real-time motion picture information for local specialties through local management server(20) or the administrative computation network server(30).
