PURPOSE: A purchase order sheet issuing system is provided to enable a user to directly transmit a purchase order sheet to member stores over the internet, and receive the ordered commodity from the member stores at the door so that it can prevent complications caused by delivery errors or repayment. CONSTITUTION: A purchase order sheet issuing system comprises the steps of a user accessing a web server(S10), the user inputting a member ID and a password(S20) or the user registering at the web site for a member(S25), the user searching for a wanted commodity at shopping malls offered in the web server(S30), the user requesting a purchase for the searched commodities(S35), the web server determining if approving the purchase request by using a member store information database and a member management database(S40), the server transmitting a message of commodity specifications, a delivery destination, and a receiver name to the terminal of the member store(S45), the member store prints the purchase request message(S50) and delivering the corresponding commodity to the receiver(S55).
