PURPOSE: A system and method for manufacturing a commemorative newspaper and a souvenir manufactured thereby are provided for an individual or a group to manufacture a special commemorative newspaper by inserting the memorable contents of the individual or the group in a daily newspaper issued on a memorial day. CONSTITUTION: A commemorative newspaper manufacturing server(1) is comprised of a user interface part(10), a control part(11), a newspaper file collecting part(12), a newspaper file editing part(13), a souvenir reservation part(14) and a commemorative newspaper database(15). The user interface part(10) provides various selection menus and web page documents to user terminals(4,6,8). The control part(11) controls the whole process to manufacture a commemorative newspaper. The newspaper file collecting part(12) downloads a newspaper file containing newspaper information issued on a memorial day. The newspaper file editing part(13) carries out edit process, connected with an editor(16). The commemorative newspaper database(15) stores a newspaper file edited by the newspaper file editing part(13).
