PURPOSE: A cutting machine for a preform gate is provided to keep a cut portion transparent after a preform end portion is cut and to decrease disorder of a machine by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A preform supply unit(S) has a supply guide rail(60) to supply preform vertically. A preform arrangement unit(T) arranges the supplied preform of the preform supply unit by rotating the preform. A preform fixing/transfer unit(U) carries the preform from a specific position of the preform arrangement unit. A gate cutting unit(V) is mounted on the upper end of a main frame(F) to cut the gate of the carried preform. A preform discharge unit(E) has a discharge guide rail(70) on a side to discharge the preform having the cut gate from the preform fixing/transfer unit. A power generating/delivery unit(W) rotates a driver(90) by generating power. A control unit(P) has various operating switches for the preform arrangement unit and preform fixing/transfer unit as well as power supply control. The main frame includes all of the above units.
