The improvements make provision for the formation of the head of the machine by means of an inner core in the form of an elongate, stationary shaft on which a rotary, surrounding, cylindrical jacket is mounted and is in turn coupled inside an outer surrounding body by axial insertion in inner stop steps and external fastening, liquid- and air-type cooling systems being available for the bearings and internal members between the various bodies of the head and the zone right at the nozzle for forming the tubular element. Likewise, they make provision for tools to be available for punching the tubular element of plastic material which is extruded in a box coupled at the lower end of the intermediate rotary jacket of the head, rotating together therewith and carrying the vertical shafts of the multiple drilling tools. <IMAGE>
