An intermediate member (4) is rotatably located in a plane orthogonal to the camshaft (1) rotation axis (5) and comprises two slide guides (6,7). There are two transmission elements (8,9), the first one coupling the camshaft to the first slide guide (6) for camshaft rotation transmission to the intermediate member. The second transmission element (9) couples the cam (2) to the second slide guide (7) for transmission of the rotation of the intermediate member to the cam, resulting in its cyclic turning w.r.t. camshaft.
