A vehicle 1 comprises a crane gantry 10, which is arranged in the vicinity of the top 4 of a loading space 3 and extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, with two rails 11, 12 which are located at the sides 5, 6 of the loading space 3; a transverse track 20 which can be displaced along the said crane gantry 10; and a trolley 30 which can be displaced along the transverse track 20 and, for example, bears a hoistable hook 45. A rectangular door-support frame 50 is arranged at the rear side of the loading space 3, in such a manner that it can pivot about a horizontal pin 71, so that the said door-support frame 50 can be pivoted between a normal operating position, in which the door-support frame is oriented substantially vertically, and a loading/unloading position, in which the door-support frame is directed substantially horizontally. At its sides, the said door-support frame 50 is provided with two extension rails 55, 56, in such a manner that, in the loading/unloading position, the said extension rails 55, 56 extend the rails 11, 12 which are located in the loading chamber 3 to the rear. <IMAGE>
