<p>A water-dispersed recording fluid for ink-jet printing, which is excellent in water resistance and transparency and which can be stably delivered through nozzles. The fluid contains as a colorant an aqueous dispersion of an organic pigment (A) having an average particle diameter of 10-150 nm (as measured by laser scattering) and produced by mechanically milling a mixture comprising at least an organic pigment (A), a water-soluble inorganic salt (B) in an amount of at least three times as much by weight as that of the pigment (A), and a water-soluble solvent (C) to micronize the pigment (A), followed by removal of the salt (B) and the solvent (C) by washing with water.</p> |
