The invention concerns a pollutant-free combination drive unit which addresses the problem of using a combination of electrical motor (1), flywheel (2) and continuously variable electromagnetic clutch (3) to create a drive unit which operates in an environmentally sound way and is especially suitable for use with motor vehicles. It is possible to use different variants, of all sizes and under all conditions, of flywheels with matching continuously variable electromagnetic clutches, the latter transmitting the stored energy.
