The handle unit is joined to the drive unit by an oscillation damper (30). Each oscillation damper, at least over part of its length, is contained in a cage (31) of the one unit into which protrudes, at least partly, a pin (26) from the other unit. The pin fits into the middle of the oscillation damper. The oscillation damper extends further towards a first space axis (X), at right angles to the pin's lengthwise axis (42), than towards a second space axis (Y) at right angles to the pin's lengthwise axis.
