<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pad from being elastically deformed by a frictional force from a film, and to stably perform magnetic recording/reproducing. SOLUTION: As for the film feeder which is provided with the pad 50 which is energized by an energizing means so as to press the film FI to a magnetic head, and for recording/reproducing information on/from the film surface by the magnetic head at the time of feeding the film, the film feeder is provided with supporting mechanisms 1c and 52a for supporting the pad 50 so that the pad 50 can be moved straight in the energizing direction (direction R) of the energizing means and the opposite direction (direction F) with reference to the device main body 1, and also, so that the pad 50 can be rocked on the film surface by taking a prescribed position away from the film surface as the center, and a stopper member 1b for controlling the rocking of the pad 50 when the pad 50 comes into contact with the stopper member 1b, and an abutting part with the stopper member is arranged in a position between the part supported by the supporting mechanism and the part coming into contact with the film on the pad 50.</p> |
