The collector inside the handle (1) is in the form of a replaceable tank (8) in the form of a cylindrical cartridge. Part of the writing tool, especially the handle, is removable or swings out to change the tank. The liquid flows from the tank via a duct (7) leading from inside outwards through a front end wall (4) removably fixed to the handle. A pressure equalising compartment (10) or valve is positioned in the duct. An arm (11) protrudes from the removable part (4) into the interior (2) of the handle. A protuberance, especially button (12) protrudes into a cavity (13) in the handle.
