In a method comprising steps of constructing a bottom structure(10) having guide rail grooves(11), erecting scaffolds(20), assembling unit steel frames(30), pulling transversely the unit steel frame structures to the bottom structure(10) through the guide rail grooves(11), assembling the unit steel frame structure, anchoring the supports(31) to the bottom structure(10), and filling the guide rail grooves with concrete(40); the bottom structure(10) is set to have the width able to prevent the horizontal dipping, and the unit steel frame structures(30) is assembled to give the precamber into the inner as much as the horizontal displacement(a) produced by the upper of the supports(31).
