Method for the mycorrhization in vitro of seedlings micropropagated from Helianthemum with Terfezia claveryi mycelium. It involves carrying out the mycorrhization in an in vitro system of test tubes with a culture medium and with agar as substrate, introducing already rooted Helianthemum almeriense plants together with portions of agar containing Terfezia claveryi mycelium into the tubes containing said medium. Said medium contains: KNO3, CaCl2.2H2O, MgSO2.7H2O, PO4H2K, NO3NH4, SO4Fe7H2O, Na2EDTA, SO4Mn.4H2O, SO4Zn.7H2O, SO4Cu.5H2O, Cl2Co.6H2O, KI, BO3H3, MoO4Na2.2H2O, thiamine HCl, nicotinic acid, pyridoxine HCl, m-Inositol, Sucrose, Agar. Application in the industrial market for the desert truffle.
