摘要	The container (1) has a removable lid (3) coupled to the flange (4) at the container lid side. The lid has an aperture (7), into which can be inserted an extra container (5), protruding inside the heat exchanger. The extra container is secured to the lid by fasteners. Pref. the aperture is located in the lid centre and has a circular cross-section, just as the extra container. The latter may be closed by its own lid (6). The closure of both container is typically pressure-tight. The fasteners may comprise a flange ring (8) and a locating edge.
