A record pad comprising at least two adjacent record assemblies, each comprising a plurality of sheet sets, each sheet set comprising at least one removable top copy sheet and an underlying record copy sheet in which the top copy sheet lies in close juxtaposition to the underlying record copy sheet and bears a strip of repositionable adhesive, applied adjacent one side edge, easily detachable connected to said record copy sheet and in which said side edge of the copy sheet and the corresponding edge of the record copy sheet provide a securing edge margin, which securing edge margins are secured to securing edge margins of sheet sets of said record assembly lying on top or below, and said securing edge margins are substantially free from said strip of adhesive. <IMAGE>
